We had never bought a house turnkey before but from day 1 of agreeing to purchase, Andrew was always available to keep us right throughout the process and update us on progress. We were regularly invited to the site to see progress and review any decisions we needed to make. We had access to an excellent group of suppliers with a great selection of stock allowing us to tailor our home to our style, and Andrew was always flexible and happy to work with us where any requirements additional or different to the original specification were concerned. We moved in on our original agreed handover date with no delays and the property was more than ready for us and left clean and tidy. The workmanship and attention to detail in the property has been fantastic, the house receives so many compliments.

We had been very interested in the installation of solar panels and the battery storage system from the get-go but we admittedly didn’t know an awful lot about ASHP heating systems and much debate was had about it before opting for it. Nevertheless we went ahead and 1-year post-move we have no regrets – the house has kept to temperature even on the coldest days, hot water is always available and we never need to worry about how much oil is left in the tank!  The whole system has been low-maintenance to operate thus far and factoring in electric car charging, heating and hot water as well as household usage, our electric bills have been significantly less than we anticipated, which makes it all worth it.  

Issues post-handover have been minimal, but GMG have been swift to respond to any queries or assistance we have needed. Not to mention an all-round lovely group of people, it has been an absolute pleasure working with Andrew and the team and we would not hesitate to recommend buying a GMG built property to anyone.
